What to include
- A correction or removal. The corrections form is quickest. By email, give the facility name and address, what the listing says, and what should change.
- A listing claim. Your facility's name and address, which units or spots have power, the voltage and amps, and how you bill for it.
- A privacy request. What you sent us and what you want changed or removed.

What we can't help with
We don't run any storage facility, so we can't book units, change a lease, or answer billing questions for a facility. For those, contact the facility directly. Its phone number and website are on its listing.
